Don Sanders has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Quikrete since November 2013, where oversight includes production operations for three high-volume facilities in South Texas. Previous roles include General Manager overseeing two production facilities at Quikrete, General Manager at Carolina Steel, and Plant Manager at Tricon Precast Ltd. Alongside these leadership positions, Don Sanders has also held the role of Blast Paint and Ship Supervisor at Flexible Lifeline Systems, Inc. Educationally, Don Sanders earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University, graduating in 1998.
