Tom Mather is an experienced professional in operational improvement and business process analysis, currently serving as Operational Improvement Lead at Rowden Technologies since May 2022. Prior roles include Senior Business Process Analyst and Business Process Analyst at Dyson from September 2017 to May 2022, and Product Modeller at Quick Release (Automotive) Ltd from September 2015 to August 2017. Tom has also engaged in self-employment focused on the manufacture and refurbishment of a Mini Marcos, conducted research and development at IMA industries, and taught physical education at St Johns Academy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Hull.
