Henry Zhou is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR teams and developing strategic HR initiatives across various regions and organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Regional Business at PingCAP since March 2021, Henry oversees HR operations in North America, EMEA, and Japan, focusing on customized service models and organizational alignment. Prior to this role, Henry was the Head of HR at WeRide.ai, where strategic collaboration with C-level executives enhanced the company’s human resources strategies. Earlier experience at Yahoo included multiple HR roles, such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and project manager for M&A activities. Additionally, academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industry Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China.
