Emma Horgan serves as the Chief People Officer at Questrade Financial Group since February 2017, where their leadership encompasses a global team of People and Culture professionals focused on enhancing HR contributions to business success and developing strategies that foster organizational growth and employee potential. Prior to this role, Emma held multiple senior HR positions at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. from November 2009 to February 2017, including Vice President of HR & Leadership and Human Resources Director, where Emma led HR teams and initiatives to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational transformation. Additionally, Emma's career includes HR management roles at Maple Leaf Frozen Bakery and Maple Leaf Bakery UK, complemented by a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hull and a qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
