Lisa Pedersen is an experienced professional with a strong background in non-profit leadership and business management. As the Executive Director of The Art of Yoga Project since 2009, Pedersen has focused on gender-responsive rehabilitation for teen girls within the California juvenile justice system, using a holistic and evidence-based approach. In addition, Pedersen has contributed to the Fund Development of the Fein Fellow Program for QuestBridge, a non-profit organization supporting low-income students in accessing educational opportunities since 2008. Pedersen also has extensive experience as a yoga teacher, holding an ERYT-200 certification. Prior to these roles, Pedersen served as Vice President and General Manager at Nokia and worked in International Sales, Marketing, and Project Management at Scanpoint Technology A/S, covering diverse global markets. Pedersen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems from Westfield State University.
