Barrington Merchant is an experienced professional with a strong background in intelligence and operations management. Since June 2015, Barrington has served as Operations Manager at Quest Security Services, focusing on covert intelligence analysis. Prior experience includes 17 years at the Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency as an Immigration Officer, and four years with the Jamaica Defence Force as an Intelligence Specialist. Barrington also worked as a Lab Technician at the New York Institute of Technology from January 1999 to June 2002. Educational qualifications include degrees from the New York Institute of Technology, the University of Technology in Jamaica, and a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from the International University of Biblical Studies.
