Krystal Bowlsbey, LSSMBB, serves as the Director of Process and Reliability Engineering in Enterprise Lab Operations and Automation at Quest Diagnostics since September 2022, where Krystal has developed the National Lab Operations team strategy and improved productivity initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of KBKaizen Consulting since March 2023, Krystal provides expertise in operational excellence. Previous roles include Director of Operational Excellence at QuVa Pharma, where Krystal implemented tier boards and training in problem-solving methodologies, and Head of Operational Excellence at Lonza, focusing on training programs and process optimization. Krystal's extensive experience also includes significant contributions at The Wonderful Company and the US Navy, coupled with advanced education in Lean Six Sigma, agile management, and business administration.
