Dr. Jennifer Hayes, DCLS, MLS (ASCP)cm, currently serves at Quest Diagnostics in collaboration with St. Vincent Ascension since September 2024. Prior to this role, Dr. Hayes held significant leadership positions at Sight Diagnostics from March 2022 to September 2024, including Vice President of Global Clinical and Account Management and Vice President of Clinical Operations. From November 2020 to August 2022, Dr. Hayes was the National Laboratory Director at DispatchHealth, focusing on advanced in-home healthcare solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Laboratory Director at Oregon State Hospital from January 2015 to December 2020, overseeing laboratory operations and compliance with CLIA regulations, and as Medical Laboratory Technician at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center from August 2008 to December 2014. Dr. Hayes earned a Doctorate in Clinical Laboratory Science from The University of Texas Medical Branch (2017-2020), a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Weber State University (2013-2015), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Ivy Tech Community College-Wabash Valley (2008-2010).
