Thiago Possi Lopes has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years.

Thiago Possi started their career as a Trainee at SERPRO, where they audited purchase processes to ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable laws.

Later, they joined SR Rating as a Risk Analysis Trainee, where they conducted research, analyzed data, and prepared sectoral reports on financial risks.

Thiago then moved on to ABB, where they held two roles. As a Project Administrator, they managed a 4-year contract for equipment manufacturing, focusing on cost control and financial consolidation. As a Project Controller, they were responsible for the financial management of contracts, including cash flow structuring, risk analysis, cost control, and trading variations with customers.

After their time at ABB, Thiago joined Vetco Gray Oil & Gas as a Project Manager. In this role, they oversaw supply projects of subsea wellheads and tools, managing a portfolio worth 30MUSD. Thiago Possi implemented a methodology to reduce manufacturing times and improve the control of cycle time.

Thiago then moved to PBTI Soluções, where they held multiple roles. As a Project Manager (PMO), they established and standardized project management processes. Later, as a Sales Director, they led the sales team and managed relationships with business partners. Thiago Possi also played a key role in the reorganization and development of the sales organization.

In 2020, Thiago joined Quest LATAM as a Senior Regional Sales Director. Thiago Possi was responsible for leading sales efforts in the region.

Their most recent position is with Quest Software as a Regional Sales Director for LATAM. Thiago Possi is responsible for driving sales strategies and managing the sales team.
