Milos Fonseca has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2021, they joined Quero Educação as a Sales Director. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they served as the CEO of WaveAnalytics. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Partner at Trustees Consulting. In 2018, Milos was the CEO of Shockadeira, and from 2017 to 2020, they were the Founder and CEO of Caligena. In 2017, they also started their own company and worked as an Entrepreneur during their sabbatical period. Before that, they held the role of Gerente de programas sênior at Mectron Communication - Grupo AEL Sistemas in 2017. Milos has also worked at Odebrecht Defense and Technology as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Business Development and Market Intelligence Manager from 2013 to 2017. Milos was the Market Intelligence Manager at Mectron EIC from 2011 to 2013. Milos began their career at EMBRAER in 2004, where they held the positions of Product Strategy - Market Intelligence and Flight Operations Account Manager.

Milos Fonseca began their education in 1999 at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), where they pursued a degree in Aeronautic Mechanic. Milos successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2003.
