Virali Shah is a NLU Specialist at Querlo. Virali has over two years of experience in customer experience solutions and digital transformation. Prior to joining Querlo, they worked as a customer experience solution manager at MAST Consulting Group and an AI consultant at ESD FZC. In their current role, Virali is responsible for leading support on pre-sales, sales & post-sales activities in CX & Consulting projects.
Virali has a strong background in consulting, having worked on projects in the areas of digital transformation, customer experience, cybersecurity, digital business, and information security. Virali is skilled in developing sector-specific use cases and delivering presentations on company products and services. In their previous role as a member of the Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC), Virali was responsible for organizing events and networking opportunities for businesswomen in the UAE.
Virali Shah completed their post-graduation diploma in IT management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies- Pune. Virali has also done their bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from G.H.Raisoni College of Engineering. Virali has completed their schooling from St. Xavier's high school. Virali has also completed various certifications from LinkedIn which include Lean Six Sigma Foundations, Agile Foundations, Design Thinking: Customer Experience and Leading a Customer-Centric Culture.
