Chris is a business lawyer focused on the representation of growth companies and their investors, with a particular concentration on the issues facing technology companies. Prior to going into private practice, Chris served as General Counsel and Secretary of NetSpend Holdings where he counseled NetSpend on its 2010 IPO and other transactions. Earlier in his career he was a partner in the Austin office of Baker Botts L.L.P. where he headed the corporate practice.
