Elaine B. currently serves as the Group Head of People & Culture and Executive Business Partner at Queensway since February 2020. Prior to this role, Elaine worked as an Executive Business Partner at The Sloane Club and held various positions at Yum! Restaurants Europe Limited, progressing from HR Assistant to Franchise HRBP, where responsibilities included enhancing people strategy and leadership development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant to the HR Director at The Co-operative Bank plc and a Senior HR Advisor at Diageo, providing HR support across European markets. Elaine's career began at The Haven Arms, with a notable experience as a Game Maker for the London 2012 Paralympics. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The Open University, education was completed at Drayton Manor High School.
