Nicola Crane possesses extensive experience in revenue management and customer care, currently serving as Revenue Services Manager at Urban Utilities since March 2011. Previous roles at Urban Utilities include Billing Manager, Team Leader Customer Care - Billing, Billing Operations Officer, and Program Officer. Prior to this, Nicola worked as a Program Officer at Brisbane City Council from March 2009 to December 2010 and as an Assessment Officer at the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy (Queensland) from October 2007 to March 2009.
