Duncan Ritchie is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Deputy Project Director for Dams and Surface Works at Queensland Hydro since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Project Director at Clough, Project Leader at Laing O'Rourke, and Civil Infrastructure Operations Manager at Leighton Contractors, where additional responsibilities included serving as Technical Services Manager. Ritchie also held the position of Deputy Alliance Manager with Safelink Alliance and Engineering Manager at CTRL105, following a long tenure as Regional Design Manager at Kier Southern. Ritchie earned a BSc Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey between 1980 and 1984.
