Kevin Poursaied is an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens District Attorney's Office, specializing in criminal prosecution since September 2022. Previously, Kevin held various legal positions including Legal Intern at the Wake County District Attorney’s Office, Law Clerk at the Federal Public Defender, and Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office District of Maryland, where responsibilities involved federal criminal defense and prosecution. Additional experience includes working as a Law Clerk at the Delaware Office of the Public Defender focusing on state-level criminal defense and serving as a Legal Assistant at John Williams PA while pursuing undergraduate studies. Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Delaware.
