Jim Shankland serves as the Director of Queens Cross Housing Association, overseeing Queens Cross Factoring and Queens Cross Workspace since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jim provided consultancy services at Greene King and Old Mutual Investment Group Property Investments, while also holding a directorial position at Orchard IP Ltd. Jim's extensive background in real estate and property consultancy included leadership roles at Ryden LLP, where significant contributions were made from 1989 to 2008, culminating in the position of Managing Partner. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc in Land Economics from the University of the West of Scotland. Additionally, Jim served as Chairman of RICS Scotland from 2003 to 2004.
