Anika H. is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Queens Botanical Garden since May 2024 and Editor in Chief for Bengalis of New York since 2023. Previous roles include Public Relations Associate at the Intrepid Museum from 2021 to 2024, Assistant Press Secretary for NYC Health + Hospitals during 2020-2021, and Public Relations & External Communications Assistant at Jazz at Lincoln Center from 2018 to 2020. Anika’s early career involved positions such as TEDx Media Intern at TED Conferences and Communications Intern at The Fresh Air Fund. Anika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a minor in Communications from Baruch College and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from LaGuardia Community College, complemented by a fellowship with COOP Careers.
