Robert Holmes has a diverse work experience in marketing and operations. From 1987 to 1994, they worked as a Creative Director at Thelen Plus Advertising Agency, where they developed and produced successful advertising campaigns for various clients. In 1998, they started their own consulting business, providing marketing communications support to small to mid-sized businesses. Robert then joined Queen Creek Olive Mill in 2004 as the Marketing Director/General Manager, overseeing marketing strategy and operations. In 2016, they took on the role of Operations Director, where they managed farming, olive oil production, and facility operations. Throughout their career, Holmes has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, sales activities, and operations management.
Robert Holmes is currently working on their Master of Divinity degree at Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary, with a focus on Pastoral Studies. Prior to pursuing their theological education, they attended the New England School of Art & Design, where they studied Commercial and Advertising Art. Robert Holmes completed their secondary education at North Attleboro High School.
