Krešimir Repušić has a diverse work experience. Krešimir started their career in 2008 as a Sales Improver at Dukat. From there, they moved on to work as a Warehouse and Production Assistant at Meggle Hrvatska in 2011. In 2013, they joined Hrvatski Telekom as a Tech Support employee. Following that, they worked as a Trainee at Escape Ltd. from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they became a Digital Account Manager at Escape Ltd. and held that role until 2017. Most recently, they worked as a Field Application Engineer at Queclink Wireless Solutions Co. Ltd. from 2018.

Krešimir Repušić obtained a Professional Development Diploma in Developing Communication Skills from the London School of Public Relations Croatia in 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Master's Degree in Marketing at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek from 2013 to 2015. Krešimir also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from the same university, which they earned from 2006 to 2013.

Repušić has also received additional certifications and participated in various workshops and competitions. In 2016, they completed an online training for digital marketing called "Online obuka za digitalni marketing Digitalna garaža" offered by IAB Europe. In 2015, they were a finalist in the EWoB Business Hackathon organized by the Ekonomski fakultet u Osijeku. Krešimir also participated in language workshops called "World in the City" organized by AIESEC Osijek in 2015. Additionally, in 2014, they were again a finalist in the EWoB Business Hackathon. Krešimir also holds certifications in AdWords Search from Google and Bing Ads Accredited Professional from Microsoft.
