Ivan Sokac has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ivan'smost recent role is as a Field Application Engineer at Queclink Wireless Solutions, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Ivan worked at Touch Support, Inc. from August 2018 to August 2022, where they served as a Linux Technician, providing technical support for a foreign hosting company. Ivan'sresponsibilities included customer education, uptime assurance, and 24/7 support via phone, chat, and tickets. Before joining Touch Support, Inc., Ivan was a Telecommunications Technician at Comcross Croatia from May 2017 to April 2018. Ivan began their career at Transcom in June 2009 as a Technician and remained with the company until May 2017. Overall, Ivan has acquired valuable technical and customer support skills throughout their career.

Ivan Sokac attended Nadbiskupska Klasična Gimnazija Zagreb from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained their SSS degree. In June 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Web Analyst (CWA) from cPanel.
