Rodolphe Maamari has extensive experience in taxation, currently serving as Directeur Général - Fiscalité at Québecor since May 2001, overseeing the tax department for Québecor and its subsidiaries, including Vidéotron and TVA. Rodolphe possesses strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, tax audits, tax accounting, tax declarations, tax optimization, and tax credits. Prior to this role, Rodolphe held positions as an auditeur senior at KPMG Canada from January 1999 to April 2021 and served as Directeur Finance et Comptabilité at Legault Joly Thiffault s.e.n.c.r.l. from January 2017 to December 2018.
