Bianca Sibil Nicoara has a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Bianca Sibil started their career at Siemens in 2015 as a Full Stack Developer and worked there until 2017. In the same year, they joined Apollo Tyres Ltd as a Full Stack Developer and stayed until 2018. Bianca Sibil then worked at Accenture as a Junior Software Developer from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Bianca joined Kaneka Belgium NV as a Back End Developer for a few months before subsequently moving to Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Back End Developer from 2018 to 2019. Bianca Sibil then worked as a Team Lead at Sioux Technologies from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined ASML as a Back End Developer and Software Integrator, and at the same time, they resumed their work at Qubiz as a Software Developer. Bianca Sibil currently works at Qubiz as a Senior Software Developer. In 2021, they briefly worked at Qubiz Software Services as a Technical Lead.

Bianca Sibil Nicoara attended Bolyai Farkas High School from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition to their high school education, they obtained a Certificate of professional competence from the Ministerul Educației Naționale in May 2011 and an European Computer Drivers License from ECDL ROMANIA in February 2010.
