Paul Johnson is an experienced Field Service Engineer with over two decades in telecommunications and technical support. Currently employed at Qube GB LTD since September 2012, Paul specializes in diagnosing and repairing voice and data faults, as well as installing and maintaining IPTV systems. Previously, Paul held various positions at Talk Talk, where responsibilities included providing technical support, coaching advisors, and improving team knowledge in broadband internet faults. Paul also contributed to the launch of Geek Squad as a Covert Operations Coach at Carphone Warehouse and has extensive experience in maintaining business telephone systems and satellite systems from earlier roles at Sterry Communications. Paul completed education at Kitson College from 1973 to 1975.
