Jan-Gerrit Harms is a technology expert with extensive experience in software development and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of QuayConnect since May 2023, Jan-Gerrit leads a digital customs platform that enhances the integration of customs processes for exporters and logistics providers. Previously, as Lead Software Engineer at Docklab from December 2018 to May 2023, Jan-Gerrit contributed significantly to technology solutions. In the co-ownership role at Studentico from October 2016 to May 2018, Jan-Gerrit helped create a platform connecting neighborhoods with young, qualified students for local tasks. Earlier experience includes working as a Robotics Engineer at Decos NL, where Jan-Gerrit was part of a team that launched a startup in social robotics, and a Student Assistant at TU Delft, focusing on airborne wind turbine simulation. Jan-Gerrit holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
