Jessica Noggle has extensive experience in data analysis and project management, currently serving as a Data Analyst at Quartz Health Solutions since February 2020. Prior to this role, Jessica Noggle spent nearly two decades at WPS Health Insurance, where responsibilities included Senior Data Analyst/ETL Developer, Project Manager, Business Operations Analyst, and various customer service roles. Jessica Noggle began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Sisters of Nazareth from June 1994 to November 2000. Additionally, Jessica Noggle earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University between 2012 and 2015.
