Jeneanne Hanley is a Board Member at QuantumScape. Jeneanne was previously with KLA and Lear Corporation, where they served as Senior Vice President and President of the Electrical and Electronics Division.
Hanley has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Jeneanne has been responsible for P&Ls of over $5B, managing teams of over 70,000 people, and overseeing 50 manufacturing facilities around the world.
Under their leadership, Lear Corporation established two start-up business units in Electrication and Connectivity. Jeneanne also created a 5 year plan to deliver 50% growth, diversify the customer base, and reallocate capital and human resources to high value products and services.
Jeneanne Hanley graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Jeneanne then went on to get their MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Corporate Strategy and Marketing. After working in the corporate world for a few years, they decided to go back to school and got their law degree from Stanford Law School.
