Calvin Bond is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Finance at Quantuma since November 2021, Calvin focuses on assisting business owners with transactions involving selling, growing, or transitioning their businesses. Prior to this role, Calvin held the position of Director of Corporate Finance at Moore Kingston Smith from September 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included advising on M&A transactions, conducting financial due diligence, and developing financial models. Calvin's career began as an Audit Senior, and educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance, Accounting & Business from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Limestone University, complemented by earlier studies at the University of Strathclyde.
