Laetitia Messner has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Laetitia began their career as the Head of Department at the French Ministry of Health. In 2013, they took on the role of Coordination Hospitalière at the Guinean Ministry of Health. In 2014, they became the Head of the Efficiency Team at the Agence Régionale de Santé Ile-de-France. In 2016, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at CHRU Montpellier, where they were responsible for improving the organization and developing new methods of care. Finally, in 2018, they became the Chief Clinical Officer and Strategic Partnerships Director at Quantum Surgical SAS, where they were in charge of building strategic partnerships and participating in the B-round 40M€ fundraising.

Laetitia Messner began their education at Mines Paris with no degree or field of study specified. Laetitia then attended \u00c9cole Polytechnique from 2004 to 2009, where they received an Ing\u00e9nieur de l'Ecole Polytechnique degree. During the same period, from 2007 to 2009, they also attended Sciences Po and obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs, as well as a Master's degree in Medical Imaging from T\u00e9l\u00e9com Paris.
