Jeff Higgins has extensive experience in the fields of signals analysis and cyber operations. Currently serving as a Task Order Manager and Senior Signals Analyst at Quantum Research International since March 2022, Jeff previously held roles such as Senior Target Digital Network Analyst at the US Navy, and Command and Control Tactical Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at United States Cyber Command and the National Security Agency, where Jeff specialized in digital network exploitation and analysis. Jeff's career began in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician specializing in collection. Recently, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from Dakota State University, further enhancing expertise in the field.
