Lyndsey Fou has a strong background in data informatics project management and clinical research operations. Lyndsey is currently a Senior Manager at Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative, where they began in February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Gilead Sciences as a Manager in Development Operations Data Science and Biometrics Project Management from July 2019 to December 2020.
From May 2015 to June 2019, Lyndsey held roles as a Clinical Research Operations Specialist and Clinical Endpoint Specialist at Stanford University School of Medicine. Lyndsey was responsible for cardiovascular research operations and specialized in clinical endpoints.
Before their time at Stanford, Lyndsey worked at Amgen as a Clinical Trial Business Analyst II from December 2012 to December 2013. Prior to that, they gained experience in clinical research operations at the Doheny Eye Institute, focusing on ophthalmology and imaging for dry and wet age-related macular degeneration, from October 2009 to December 2012.
Early in their career, Lyndsey served as a UCLA Graduate Research Assistant in cancer research at the UCLA School of Dentistry from May 2004 to June 2006. Lyndsey started their research career as an Associate Scientist in genomics at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences from November 1998 to August 2002.
Lyndsey's academic research experience began as a UCLA Undergraduate Research Assistant, where they focused on diabetes research at the University of California, Los Angeles from December 1995 to June 1998.
Lyndsey Fou has pursued a diverse educational background and has obtained various certifications. Lyndsey holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Health Management and Policy from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Oral Biology degree with a specialization in Cancer Research, Signal Transduction, and Gene Regulation from the UCLA School of Dentistry. Prior to these achievements, Lyndsey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at UCLA.
In terms of certifications, Lyndsey has obtained multiple qualifications. Lyndsey is a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner, having completed the certification from Scrum Inc. in February 2021. Lyndsey also holds an Agile Certificate from ExamsPM, acquired in November 2020. Furthermore, Lyndsey is a recipient of the RAPS Regulatory Affairs Certificate: Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals, which they obtained from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) in August 2017. In June 2015, they completed the Stanford Advanced Project Management (SCPM-Stanford Certified Project Manager) certification from Stanford University. Lastly, Lyndsey is a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through the Scrum Alliance, having obtained this certification in February 2023.
