Jeff Robeano has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 20 years. Jeff is currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Quantum Health since January 2024. Prior to that, they held various roles at Effectual, including Professional Services Practice Director - Cloud, Practice Manager - Cloud Consulting, Cloud Engineering and SRE Leader, and Cloud Engineering Squad Leader. Before their tenure at Effectual, Jeff worked at Nationwide for 7 years, where they served as a Site Reliability Engineer, Solutions Engineer (Infrastructure Delivery Lead), and Infrastructure Test Lead. Jeff also gained experience as a Senior Systems Engineer at Revolution Group, Inc. and as an IT Manager at Columbus School for Girls. Additionally, they worked as a Business Solutions Specialist II at Alliance Data and a Senior Desktop Technician at Franklin University and Alliance Data.

Jeff Robeano obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University - Columbus from 2003 to 2006. Jeff later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Franklin University from 2008 to 2009. In addition, they hold certifications in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner and ITIL Foundations.
