Heather Sham is an English instructor at Quantum Academy, where responsibilities include teaching and tutoring youth from grades seven to twelve and developing tailored lesson plans and writing exercise workbooks. In addition, Heather spearheaded the creation of the 2023 Summer Reading Camp at Quantum Academy and constructed the online Canvas course shell. As a tutor for the Centre for Accessibility at the University of British Columbia, Heather provides support to second-year and third-year university students in English Literature courses and has experience as a peer notetaker and exam reader/scribe. Previous roles include a key leader at YYC Cycle Spin Studio, ensuring high-quality customer service, and a mathematics tutor at Kumon North America. Heather is pursuing a Bachelor's of Arts, Honours in English Literature at the University of British Columbia, expected to graduate in 2025.
