Sashnee Naicker-Kistan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sashnee currently works as a Senior Analyst in the Global Markets division at Quantium since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Assistant Manager in the Actuarial and Analytics Solutions department at Deloitte from April 2022 to September 2022.

Sashnee also has a background in volunteer work with the Reach For A Dream Foundation, where they contributed from July 2015 to April 2022.

Sashnee'sexperience in the engineering field includes roles at Talbot, Bosch Projects (Pty) Ltd, and Altech UEC. At Talbot, they held positions as a Digital Product Lead from January 2021 to March 2022, a Smart Water Engineer from March 2020 to January 2021, and a Project Engineer from October 2019 to February 2020. At Bosch Projects (Pty) Ltd, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer from February 2019 to September 2019 and as a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training from February 2016 to January 2019. Sashnee also gained early experience as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Altech UEC from March 2015 to January 2016.

Sashnee Naicker-Kistan completed a MicroMasters® program in Data Science and Statistics from MITx Courses from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained certifications from the Project Management Institute. In November 2021, they became a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, and in February 2017, they achieved the certification of Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®.
