Carolina Segato is a Food & Retail Sustainability Strategist and Sustainability Consultant at Quantis since February 2020. Previously, Carolina worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Too Good To Go in late 2019, where an emphasis on addressing food waste was a central focus. Additional experience includes a role as a Sustainability Consultant at Beready Srl and a Researcher on Food and Packaging Sustainability at Osservatori Digital Innovation. Carolina holds a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Operations Management and Social Innovation from Politecnico di Milano, where studies were completed between 2017 and 2019, and an earlier degree from the same institution from 2014 to 2017, along with completing studies at Brisbane State High School from 2013 to 2015.
