Mikayla Hawkes is an accomplished HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Lead Talent Partner at Quantiphi since June 2022, Mikayla has progressed through various HR roles, including Senior Talent Partner and HR Business Partner. Previous experience includes positions at Accreon as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist, as well as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Day & Ross Transportation Group. Mikayla began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Franchise Management Inc. from April 2014 to October 2017. Mikayla earned a degree from the University of New Brunswick between 2014 and 2018.
