Digdarshan Kavia is an experienced professional with a strong background in Conversational AI and software development. Currently serving as an Associate Architect at Quantiphi since April 2022, Digdarshan provides technical leadership and oversees the design and development of virtual agents across multiple channels, utilizing Google Dialogflow CX/ES. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2014 to April 2022, where Digdarshan developed automation modules in Python, created REST APIs, and implemented a multi-platform AI chatbot framework using Rasa. Digdarshan has a Master's Degree in Engineering Systems from Dayalbagh Educational Institute and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Apex University.
