Ben Furcht has a diverse work experience with a focus on data science and technology.

Ben began their career in 2012 as a Research Intern at The Endeavor Group, where they closely tracked news events and conducted research for clients.

In 2013, they worked as a Research Intern at Towers Watson, where they created a business analysis and planning report and managed account plans for clients.

From 2014 to 2015, Ben worked at Clarity Campaign Labs as a Junior Analyst and gained experience in building statistical models and using Natural Language Processing for advanced analysis of survey responses.

Ben joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 2015 and held various roles, including Software Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer, and Lead Technologist. During their time at Booz Allen Hamilton, Ben developed a web-based platform used by the Department of Defense, covering server-side data querying, algorithm design, API development, and UI design.

In 2018, Ben joined Quantifind as a Data Scientist, specializing in financial crimes. Ben became the Senior Data Scientist and Financial Crimes Tech Lead in 2019, and later became the Director of Data Science in November 2021.
