Wafa Ben Salem began their work experience in 2012 at C3M - Centre Méditerranéen de Médecine Moléculaire, where they completed an internship in Health Engineering from January to June. In 2013, they completed another internship at the University of Buckingham as an Engineering intern in Biotechnology from June to August. The following year, Wafa returned to C3M and completed an internship as an Engineering intern in Biotechnology from February to July. In 2015, they joined BASF as a Research Associate and held the position of Chargée de recherches until December 2018. Most recently, Wafa has been working at Quantificare since November 2019, initially as a Clinical Data Operator until June 2020, and from July 2020 onwards, as a Clinical Data Manager.
Wafa Ben Salem completed their education with a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie biologique option Pharmacologie et Biotechnologie from Polytech Nice Sophia, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master 1 (M1) degree in Recherche sciences de la vie et de la santé option Pharmacologie et Neurobiologie from Université Côte d'Azur, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Gestion du stress, des émotions et des priorités, Chef de Projet Innovation, Communication interpersonnelle & Facilitation, Gestion des Risques & Prise de décision, Gestion d'équipe à distance & Développement de la motivation, Microsoft Excel, Communication Effective & Négociation, Négocier avec efficacité, and Good Clinical Practice, from different institutions such as SOFTEAM Institute and CEFIRA.
