Siqi Fan has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. From 2007 to 2008, Siqi worked as an Intern SDET at Microsoft Ireland. In 2009, Siqi then worked as an International Project Engineer at the same company. Siqi then joined Citi in 2012 as an App Dev Programmer Analyst 2, where they participated in various projects and gained expertise in Microsoft technologies. In 2015, Siqi joined Quantifeed as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing back-end services and automating operational processes. They were later promoted to the role of Principal Software Engineer at the same company.

Siqi Fan completed a Bachelor of Computer Science and Software Engineering with Honours at Maynooth University from 2004 to 2009. They then pursued a Master of Computing at The Australian National University in 2010 and a Master of Computing with Honours, majoring in Computer Science and Software Engineering, also at The Australian National University in 2011.
