Iwona Olszewska currently serves as Senior Vice President of Delivery at Quantexa, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Iwona was the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Professional Services for the Americas at Napier from 2021 to July 2024, and also held the position of Global Head for the Financial Services Practice at NEOS from 2018 to 2021. Iwona's extensive experience at SS&C Technologies spanned a decade, during which Iwona advanced through various leadership roles including Vice President of Client Advisory and Modernization Services. Earlier career achievements include significant positions at MassMutual, where Iwona was involved in enterprise risk and project management, and leadership as General Manager at Mario Construction Company. Iwona holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Connecticut, a Project Management certificate from Boston University, and degrees in Physiology and Physical Education from the University of Poznan, along with various postgraduate business mastery programs.
