Edward Hicks is a Data Engineer Consultant at Quantexa since April 2024, following a role as a Digital Consultant at Newton Europe from September 2022 to April 2024, where digital solutions were developed to enhance client operations through data pipelines and analytics tools. Prior experience includes working as a Part-qualified Patent Attorney at HGF Limited, specializing in electronic patents for major clients like Intel and Samsung, and a Trainee Patent Attorney position at BAE Systems. Edward also gained finance experience through data analysis during a summer internship and led a rowing team at Camp Cody. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Durham University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Bournemouth University.
