Vivian Lu, Ph.D., currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Collaborations at Quanterix, focusing on strategic corporate collaborations, scientific affairs, market development, and grant writing. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientific Affairs Liaison at Deepcell, where responsibilities encompassed market and applications development, customer success, and collaboration management. Vivian contributed to NASA as a Research Scientist, studying the risks of space radiation on astronaut health and authoring significant publications. During a Ph.D. candidacy at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Vivian authored eight high-impact publications and secured over $200,000 in competitive funding. Previous research roles include studying microbial virulence factors and resistance in Drosophila melanogaster at the University of Southern California, as well as an Amgen Scholar experience at the California Institute of Technology investigating neuropeptide genes.
