Adrian Rands is the founder and chairman of Quantemplate. Adrian has over seventeen years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Quantemplate, Adrian was the head of investor relations at Small Pharma Ltd. from April 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they were an entrepreneur in residence at The D. E. Shaw Group from October 2019 to April 2020. Adrian has also worked as a reinsurance broker at Howden from March 2004 to January 2010.
