Carlos Arce has worked in the field of RF technology since 2009. In 2009, they began as an Electrical Engineering Intern at SPAWAR. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an RF Technician at Cobham. In 2012, Carlos began working as an RF Test Engineer at Peregrine Semiconductor. In 2014, they worked as a Modem Field Test Engineer at Qualcomm. From 2018 to 2022, Carlos worked as a Senior RF Test Engineer at pSemi, A Murata Company. Currently, they are employed as an RFIC Validation Engineer at QuantalRF.

Carlos Arce attended Southwestern Community College District from 2004 to 2007, earning an A.A in Mathematics. Carlos then attended San Diego State University from 2007 to 2010, where they completed Graduate Courses with an emphasis in RF Engineering and earned a BS in Electrical Engineering.
