Eugenia Karamaras has extensive work experience in various financial and operations roles. Eugenia started their career at The Walt Disney Company as a Financial Analyst from September 1982 to December 1989. Eugenia then joined Citibank and held multiple positions, including Financial Analyst, Auditor, Financial & Operations Analyst, Operations Manager, and HR Compensations & Benefit Assistant Vice President. Their tenure at Citibank spanned from July 1990 to March 2014. Eugenia also worked as a Financial Analyst (freelance) at Clayton Euro Risk from June 2014 to December 2016. Later, they served as a Virtual Assistant at Startups.com from April 2018. Currently, Eugenia is working as a Financial Operations professional at Quant Solutions, LLC since October 2018.

Eugenia Karamaras completed their secondary education at Temple City High School from 1974 to 1978. Eugenia attended the University of La Verne from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration/Finance.
