Paulina Herrera has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Paulina'smost recent position is as a Financial Administrator at Qualus, starting in November 2022.

Before that, Paulina worked at Colegio Cali from January 2019 to October 2022, serving as a Responsible for Admissions and Public Relations. In this role, they were responsible for defining retention and recruitment strategies, projecting enrollments, and designing and implementing the admissions process.

Prior to that, Paulina worked at Raudal Footwear as a Internal Control Manager from June 2014 to June 2016. Paulina oversaw the development, implementation, and supervision of internal control processes, implemented a new administrative system for auditing purchases and consumption of raw materials and finished products, and prepared reconciliation reports.

From March 2009 to June 2014, Paulina held the position of General Administration and Project Management at Sinergia Publicidad. Paulina'sresponsibilities included budget development, sales projections, cash flow management, supervision of billing and accounts receivable/payable, and preparation of quotations.

Before that, Paulina worked at Toyota del Baj铆o as a Financing Manager from September 2005 to February 2009. In this role, they developed strategies and tools to increase market share, provided direct support to sales teams in negotiation and closing of sales, and served as an intermediary between the financial institution and clients for credit negotiations.

From January 2003 to May 2005, Paulina worked as a Strategic Planning Consultant at ING Comercial America. Paulina'sresponsibilities included analyzing and synthesizing business information to define ING's strategies, conducting market analysis, evaluating competition strategies, analyzing internal sales, revenue, profitability, and evaluating internal strategies.

Lastly, Paulina worked as an Operations Consultant at Banco JP Morgan from January 2002 to December 2002. Paulina'stasks included bank reconciliations, securities and operations reconciliations, cash flow management, and authorization of money and capital market operations.

Paulina Herrera completed their undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City between 1998 and 2001. In 2003, they also completed a course on Strategic Planning at the Instituto Tecnol贸gico Aut贸nomo de M茅xico. In 2019, Paulina attended a short course on Project Management Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana Le贸n.
