Robert Roberts is an experienced executive with a diverse background in operations and consulting across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and Operating Partner at New Mountain Capital since September 2020, Robert also holds board positions at Qualus Power Services, Homrich Berg, and New American Pathways, among others. Prior to this, Robert worked at TPG Capital from August 2009 to September 2020 as an Operations Executive and Transformation Lead, focusing on various portfolio companies. Earlier career roles include consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and engineering at Shell Oil Company. Robert earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
