Xiu Ling Gan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, management consulting, and business development. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Customer Success for Southeast Asia, Greater China, and India at Qualtrics since April 2019, Xiu Ling leads a team focused on enhancing customer Experience Management programs. Previous experience includes a Sabbatical involving global travel, freelancing, and volunteering, as well as a role as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where leadership was provided on large-scale transformation and innovation projects. Earlier positions include Manager of Business Investments at Neptune Orient Line Ltd, responsible for M&A and capital expenditure, and various roles at SGX involving product sales and risk management. Xiu Ling holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and The Wharton School, and a BSc with double majors in Economics and Finance from Singapore Management University.
