Merugu Bharath Kumar began their work experience in 2019 as an Associate Software Test Engineer and SDET at CloudScaleQA. Merugu continued in these roles until 2022. In 2022, they joined QualiZeal as a Quality Engineer.

Merugu Bharath Kumar earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Osmania University, Hyderabad between 2016 and 2018. In addition, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2018.
